Common use of Additional Improvements Clause in Contracts

Additional Improvements. Notwithstanding paragraph 10.1 hereof, Lessee shall pay to Lessor upon demand therefor the entirety of any increase in real property tax if assessed solely by reason of additional improvements placed upon the Premises by Lessee or at Lessee's request.

Additional Improvements.
