ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OBLIGATION. The amount and coverage of such vendor and contractor’s insurance shall not limit or expand vendors and contractor’s liability nor relieve either Party of any rights or other obligations under this Agreement. Any deductibles, self-insured retentions, loss limits, and any other retention shall be the responsibility of vendors and contractors.

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OBLIGATION. Licensee shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all equipment, vehicles and other items utilized or operated in the performance of their activities pursuant to this Agreement are and remain covered by the policies referenced in Section 11. Licensee shall also ensure that all workers involved in the performance of the activities under this License are properly classified as employees, agents or independent contractors and are and remain covered by any and all workers' compensation insurance required by applicable law.

  • Insurance Obligation During the Term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall possess and maintain in full force and effect, at Contractor’s sole expense, the following insurance coverages:

  • Additional Insured Obligations To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Architect shall cause the primary and excess or umbrella polices for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability to include the Owner as an additional insured for claims caused in whole or in part by the Architect’s negligent acts or omissions. The additional insured coverage shall be primary and non-contributory to any of the Owner’s insurance policies and shall apply to both ongoing and completed operations.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

  • Additional Insured Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability Insurance shall include the State of Washington and all authorized Purchasers (and their agents, officers, and employees) as Additional Insureds evidenced by copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance on such insurance policies.

  • Additional Insureds City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers must be named as additional insureds with respect to any policy of general liability, automobile, or pollution insurance specified as required in Exhibit B or as may otherwise be specified by City’s Risk Manager.. The general liability additional insured coverage must be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Consultant’s insurance using ISO CG 2010 (11/85) or its equivalent; such endorsement must not exclude Products/Completed Operations coverage.

  • Additional Insured Endorsements An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
