Additional Insured Endorsement. Provider’s and any and all Provider vendor or subcontractor’s Commercial General Liability insurance and Abuse and Molestation shall name the District, its Officers, Agents and employees as Additional Insured.
Additional Insured Endorsement shall name County and its officers, agents, and employees as Additional Insureds with respect to services being provided, including ongoing and completed operations. Additional insured endorsement shall be equivalent to ISO form CG 2010 11 85.
Additional Insured Endorsement. A separate endorsement shall be attached to all certificates of insurance naming the Contractor, Owner, and any other entities as identified in the subcontract agreement as additional insured.
