Additional Insureds and Waiver. Each Party and its affiliates shall be named as additional insureds on the general liability insurance policies obtained in accordance with Section 7.4, above, as regards liability under this Agreement; and each general liability insurance policy shall contain a waiver of subrogation and each Party shall waive its rights of recovery against the other for any loss or damage covered by such policy.
