Additional Licensee Customers or Increased Usage. If Licensee wishes to add additional Licensee Customers, Service Locations, increase Technical Support and Maintenance Services, or otherwise increase usage of the Services, the parties shall execute a mutually agreed upon written Sales Agreement. No additional terms of an order submitted by Licensee or terms of such an order that are inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement will be binding on CUSI unless CUSI expressly agrees to the applicability of such terms in writing signed by an authorized officer of CUSI.
Additional Licensee Customers or Increased Usage. If Licensee wishes to add or subtract additional Named User Licenses for MMRS, Licensee shall notify CUSI in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the next invoice date.
