Additional Negotiations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' teacher(s) organization other than the Association or during the duration of this Agreement. The Board shall not negotiate with any teacher individually concerning during the duration of this Agreement on matters defined as negotiable herein and covered by the Agreement during provisions of this Agreement. This shall not be construed to preclude the term issuance of individual teacher contracts by the Board to new and non-tenured teachers, provided only that any such individual teacher contracts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
