Common use of Additional Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Additional Negotiations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' organization other than the Association or with any teacher individually concerning matters covered by the Agreement during the term of this Agreement.

Additional Negotiations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' teacher(s) organization other than the Association or during the duration of this Agreement. The Board shall not negotiate with any teacher individually concerning during the duration of this Agreement on matters defined as negotiable herein and covered by the Agreement during provisions of this Agreement. This shall not be construed to preclude the term issuance of individual teacher contracts by the Board to new and non-tenured teachers, provided only that any such individual teacher contracts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' organization other than the Association or Association; further, the Board agrees not to negotiate with any teacher individually concerning matters covered by individually, provided this shall not preclude the Agreement during the term issuance of employment agreements to new and probationary teachers. Individual teacher employment contracts shall be made to conform to this Agreementagreement.
