Additional Option Charges. In consideration for the supply of Additional Services the Purchaser will pay to the Contractor: the relevant Daily Rate in respect of each Person Day delivered by the Contractor to the Purchaser in response to an Additional Services Request prior to the date of its termination; the relevant Hourly Rate in respect of each Person Hour delivered by the Contractor to the Purchaser in response to an Additional Services Request (other than to the extent that Person Hour was billed as part of a Person Day) prior to the date of its termination; and an amount equivalent to the reasonable travel and subsistence expenses incurred by the Contractor in providing the Additional Services (subject always to prior written approval by the Purchaser). The Contractor may invoice Purchaser in respect of Additional Services no earlier than monthly in arrears. 16Warranties To the extent that this Clause 16 (Warranties) conflicts with any terms of the Conditions, this Clause 16 (Warranties) takes precedence.

  • Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.

  • Third-Party Charges Customer may incur charges from third party service providers that are separate and apart from the amounts charged by Comcast. These may include, without limitation, charges resulting from accessing on-line services, calls to parties who charge for their telephone based services, purchasing or subscribing to other offerings via the Internet or interactive options on Public View Video, Video, or otherwise. Customer agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are Customer’s sole responsibility. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card information provided to others in connection with such transactions.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
