ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUEST. Subject to Clause 5.2 the Authority may at any time request the Company to deliver Additional Services. The Additional Services shall be delivered only in accordance with a binding Additional Services Agreement executed by the duly authorised representative of the Parties. The Parties shall agree the terms of each Additional Services Agreement in accordance with the Additional Services Request Process set out in Schedule 3. Where the Company delivers Additional Services, the Company warrants that it has procured additional capability and capacity to provide such services and that the provision of the Additional Services will not affect its ability to deliver the Core Services or the Bespoke Services pursuant to this Agreement or its ability to provide services under any other agreement.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUEST. The Additional Services Request (ASR) process will be used to provide detail on the requirement and pricing where items are required which do not necessarily change the deliverable components, e.g. additional training days. The following process will be used - The ASR form will be completed by the Customer to define the services needed or the tasks needed to conclude a job. Once the form has been completed and clearly understood by the Supplier. The form will be returned within 10 working days from final receipt and will include: • Any charges necessary to conclude the request • Any potential additional items required to conclude the request • All items necessary to conclude the request The Customer will notify the Supplier within 10 Working days from receipt if they wish to proceed with the proposed work.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.
