ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY. The Parties agree to jointly monitor expected production requirements for SetSource I.V. Sets, and to estimate whether such requirements will be within Aggregate Normal Deliveries (as defined in Exhibit 4.3). If such estimated requirements exceed Aggregate Normal Deliveries, ICU will make reasonable commercial efforts to meet such requirements.
