Additional Rates. 6.5.1 ESY/Summer School/Intersession Effective June 1, 2016, the ESY/Summer School/Intersession rate shall be increased by 3% to $210.90 per day based upon a 4.5 hour day for all unit members and retired unit members. This rate shall be at least 20% higher than non-unit member’s rate. Compensation beyond the 4.5 hour day must have prior administrative approval. The ESY/Summer School/Intersession rate shall continue to adjust at the rate of all salary schedule adjustments.
