Additional Rent; Administrative Fee. All charges and other amounts of any kind payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed additional rent hereunder ("Additional Rent"). Landlord shall have the same remedies for default in the payment of Additional Rent as for the payment of any rent, and the term "Rent" shall include Additional Rent.
