Additional Representations of Customer in the event that Product(s) will be Offered for Sale, Sold, Marketed within the Member States of the European Union. In the event that the Territory includes the European Union (“EU”) or any member states thereof, then in addition to all other warranties and representations set forth herein, Customer also represents and warrants that Customer shall be responsible for the release of the Products in the European Union in compliance with all applicable EU Directives and Standards. It is Customer’s obligation to notify BVL as to whether the Territory for any Product includes an EU member nation, or if a country within the Territory subsequently becomes a member of, or subject to, the European Union.
