Base Period Sample Clauses

Base Period. Each Base Price has been established in accordance with the average economic conditions prevailing in ***** as defined by “ECIb” and “ICb” index values indicated hereafter.
Base Period. The above Basic Price has been established in accordance with the average economic conditions prevailing in ***** as defined by “ECIb” and “ICb” index values indicated in Paragraph 4 of this Exhibit 2.
