Additional Software Products from a third party. In the event Customer obtains additional licenses of Software Products from an authorized reseller or by any other means, Customer agrees to promptly notify Intergraph in writing about the newly acquired Software Products, and upon receipt of such notice, Intergraph will provide Customer with a written extension Quote that reflects the additional licenses, the effective date on which Intergraph may commence the Services with respect to the copies of the Software Product pertaining to the additional licenses, and the charges that would be due in return for these Services pursuant to the Agreement. 12.1.2 Dodatečné softwarové produkty třetích stran. Zákazník se zavazuje, že pokud získá dodatečné licence k Softwarovým produktům od autorizovaného prodejce nebo jiným způsobem, bezodkladně písemně vyrozumí společnost Intergraph o nově nabytých Softwarových produktech. Po obdržení této zprávy společnost Intergraph poskytne Zákazníkovi rozšířenou Nabídku v písemné formě, zohledňující dodatečné licence a obsahující datum účinnosti, k němuž společnost Intergraph může začít poskytovat Služby pro kopie Softwarového produktu v souvislosti s dodatečnými licencemi, a poplatky účtované za tyto Služby podle Smlouvy.
