Additional Temporary Disability Benefit. 1. After a unit employee exhausts all the benefits they are eligible for in Article Five, Sections VII, A and B, and the employee continues to be temporarily disabled, he/she shall receive, for a period not to exceed six months, additional compensation which when added to the statutory disability rate results in a payment equal to two-thirds of full base salary and City paid Deferred Compensation for such period.
