Common use of Additional Units – Attached Teachers Clause in Contracts

Additional Units – Attached Teachers. (a) Senior Teachers Special Duties (Normal Schools), Heads of Department (attached Intermediate Departments) and attached teachers, and all other teachers holding ‘G scale’ positions: Grade of Position Base Salary G1 Step 11 + 1 unit G2 Step 11 + 2 units G3 Step 11 + 3 units *Teachers in 3.2(a) above who meet the criteria for Q3+, Q4 or Q5 (Step 12) as defined in 3.3 shall move to step 12.
