Common use of Additional Work to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Additional Work to be Performed. 11. Respondent agrees to perform the actions set forth in the Work Plan, incorporated herein as Appendix B to this Agreement. Respondent will complete the actions described in Part 2 of the Work Plan (General Information and Proposed Action Description) and will adhere to the schedule set forth in Part 3 of the Work Plan (Project Schedule).
