Additionally. any valid execution of this Agreement or transfer of the rights granted under this Agreement, along with the transfer of the Token, is also conditional on (i) You completing successful completion of any applicable Know Your Customer requirements, anti-money laundering checks, sanctions assessment and other processes as required on the Website and within the timelines set out therein, and (ii) payment of the Secondary Transaction Share (if applicable) in the manner as set out in Clause 5 below.
