Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act. The parties agree that health and safety is of the utmost importance and agree to promote health and safety and wellness throughout the organization. The Employer and the Union will adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act to ensure the safety and health of all Employees. Protective devices, equipment, clothing and appropriate training shall be provided by the Employer where required by the Act. It is mutually agreed that the Employer, Employees and the Union shall cooperate to the fullest extent possible towards the prevention of accidents, and in reasonable promotion of safety and health.
