Adjourned Meetings. If within one (1) hour of the time appointed for an annual or special general meeting, a quorum is not present, the meeting will stand adjourned to be re-convened seven

Adjourned Meetings. If within one (1) hour of the time appointed for an annual or special general meeting, a quorum is not present, the meeting will stand adjourned to be re-convened sevenseven (7) days after the date of the meeting. On that later day, the meeting will be held again at the same time and in the same place as the adjourned meeting. If a quorum is not present within one (1) hour from the time appointed for that adjourned meeting, the Adult Members present will constitute a quorum.
