ADJUDICATION AND DISCIPLINE. 5.1 The DASA Director or designate (hereinafter the Responsible Administrator) is responsible for adjudicating the nature and severity of students’ violation of school regulations and the selection of the most appropriate discipline, given the guidelines defined for serious violations.
