Adjudication of Reimbursement Claims for Documented Economic Losses and Lost Time. 5.5.1 The Settlement Administrator shall verify that each person who submits a Claim for reimbursement is a Settlement Class Member and shall determine whether and to what extent the Claim reflects valid Economic Losses and/or Lost Time that are fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident. The Settlement Administrator shall determine whether a Claimant’s supporting materials are sufficient to support a Claim and the amount of such a Claim and shall use reasonable procedures to screen claims for abuse, fraud, duplication, or ineligibility.

  • LIMITATION OF COUNTY LIABILITY FOR DISALLOWANCES 10.1.
