Adjudication of Student by Juvenile Court. School districts can release student records and information to the Police Department, upon request of the Police, when necessary for the discharge of their official police duties, prior to adjudication of the student and upon written certification from the Police Department that the information or records disclosed by the school, will not be disclosed to any other party, except as provided by law or order of court. 105 ILCS 10/6, as amended.
