Adjustability. The need for adjustments must be avoided where possible. Where adjustment points cannot be avoided, they must be readily accessible, adequately identified, and self-locking to prevent inadvertent adjustment or drift.

Adjustability. B.1* All daily adjustments shall be easily made by the user from a seated position. Standard adjustments include: seat height; backrest height and angle; seat pan depth and angle; armrest height; and horizontal armrest distance.
Adjustability. The Loans principal amount owed by IBEROAMERICAN to the Creditors will be determined and paid in Pesos, at the Unidad de Fomento rate in force on the respective payment date thereof, provided that, if payment shall be made after the stated maturity, and on such date the Unidad de Fomento rate shall be higher, then, the latter rate shall be used. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph nine of Section 35 of the Charter of Chilean Central Bank, contained in section one of Law 18,840, published on the Official Gazette of October 10, 1989, the parties hereto agree that, if for whichever reason, either the Unidad de Fomento, or its current calculation modality no longer existed, all obligations stated in Unidad de Fomento under this Agreement will continue to be governed by the rules therefore in force as at such date, unless the parties agree on replacing such rules for a new system for the adjustment of Chilean banks transactions, as issued by the Central Bank of Chile.

  • Traceability 11.1 Under the terms of this Agreement, Supplier shall have and operate a process to ensure that all Products, sub-assemblies and the components contained therein supplied to the Buyer are completely Traceable back to manufacturer by batch or lot or date code.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
