Adjuster Classifications for Quality Assurance Adjusting Services. When requesting an Adjuster to perform Quality Assurance Adjusting Services under the MCM Adjusting Services, Citizens will specify one or more of the following Adjuster classifications. Prior to submission to Citizens, Vendor must confirm that all submitted Adjusters meet or exceed the corresponding minimum qualifications detailed below. Citizens may require any classification of Committed Adjuster in any role based on the needs of Citizens in the performance of the Services.
