Common use of Adjustment of Errors Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Errors. Except where the Company has made a clerical error in the deduction for dues or service fees, which will be adjusted promptly by the Company, any questions as to the correctness of the amount deducted shall be settled between the employee and the Union; and the Union shall indemnify the Company and save it harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands, and liabilities that shall arise out of or by reason of any action that shall be taken by the Company for the purpose of complying with this Section VII or in reliance on any authorization form or information furnished to the Company under such provisions.
