Adjustment of scheduled repayments. If the Total Commitments have been partially reduced under this Agreement and/or any part of the Loan is prepaid (other than under clause 6.2) before any Repayment Date, the amount of the instalment by which the Loan shall be repaid under clause 6.2 on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata to such reduction in the Total Commitments (except in the case of a prepayment under clause 7.4 (Fixed Rate Differential Amount Prepayment) where the reduction shall be treated as reducing the instalments in inverse chronological order by its aggregate amount).

If the KEXIM Facility Commitment has been partially reduced under this Agreement and/or any part of any Advance is prepaid (other than under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Advances)) before any Repayment Date, the amount of the instalment by which such KEXIM Facility Advance shall be repaid under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Advances) on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata to such reduction in the KEXIM Facility Commitment.

If the Total Commitment has been partially reduced or cancelled under this Agreement and/or any part of the Loan is prepaid (other than under Clause 8.1 (Repayment of Loan), Clause 8.4 (Voluntary prepayment) and Clause 8.12 (Voluntary cancellation of Commitments)) before any scheduled repayment date and/or the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower is less than the Maximum Loan Amount, the amount of the instalment by which the Loan shall be repaid, including the balloon instalment, under Clause 8.1 (Repayment of Loan) on any such scheduled repayment dates (as reduced by any earlier operation of this Clause 8.16) shall be reduced pro rata unless the Agent agrees otherwise in writing.

If the Total Commitments have been partially reduced under this Agreement and/or any part of the Loan is prepaid (other than under clause 6.2) before any Repayment Date, then the amount of the instalment by which each Ship Tranche shall be repaid under clause 6.2 on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata between the Ship Tranches in inverse chronological order (including any balloon instalment) by the amount so reduced or prepaid save where clause 7.7 (Sale or Total Loss) applies, where only the instalments of the affected Ship Tranche shall be so reduced.

If the Total Commitments have been partially reduced under this Agreement and/or any part of the Loan is prepaid (other than under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Facility)) before any Repayment Date, the amount of the instalments (including the Balloon Instalment) by which the Loan shall be repaid under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Facility) on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata to such reduction in the Total Commitments and/or the Loan.

If the Total Commitments have been partially reduced under this Agreement (except in the circumstances contemplated in clause 7.6 (Sale or Total Loss) in which case the provisions of that clause shall apply), the amount of the instalments by which an Advance shall be repaid under clause 6.2 on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata to such reduction in the Total Commitments (except in the case of (a) a reduction of the Total Commitments due to cancellation under clause 7.3 (Voluntary cancellation) or prepayment under clause 7.4 (Voluntary prepayment) where the reduction shall be treated as reducing the instalments in inverse chronological order) or (b) a reduction of the Total Commitments due to a prepayment under clause 7.4 (Voluntary Prepayment) where the reduction shall be treated as reducing the relevant Advance being prepaid in full).

If the Ship Commitment in respect of a Ship have been partially reduced under this Agreement and/or any part of an Advance is prepaid (other than under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Facility)) before any Repayment Date for the relevant Advance , the amount of each instalment (including the relevant Balloon Instalment) by which the Loan shall be repaid under clause 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Facility) on any such Repayment Date (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced pro rata to such reduction in the relevant Ship Commitment and/or prepayment of the relevant Advance (or, in the case of any prepayments under clause 7.4 (Voluntary prepayment), as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the Borrower and the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders).
Adjustment of scheduled repayments. If the Tranche A Commitments or the Tranche B Commitments have been partially reduced (or cancelled pursuant to clause 7.3 (Voluntary cancellation) and 7.4 (Voluntary prepayment)) under this Agreement and/or any Tranche is partially prepaid, the amount of the repayment instalments for the relevant Tranche (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.3) shall be reduced on a pro rata basis and the Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the revised payment schedule.
Adjustment of scheduled repayments. On the Final Repayment Date (without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement), the Loan shall be repaid in full.
Adjustment of scheduled repayments. 6.5 If the Total Term Loan Facility Commitments are not fully drawn down on the first Utilisation Date, the undrawn amount shall be automatically cancelled on the first Utilisation Date and the amount of each repayment instalment to be repaid under clauses 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Term Loan Facility) shall be reduced on a pro rata basis by the amount so cancelled. If the Total Term Loan Facility Commitments have been partially cancelled under this Agreement and/or any part of the Term Loan is prepaid (other than under clauses 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Term Loan Facility), then the amount of each remaining instalment by which the Term Loan shall be repaid under clauses 6.2 (Scheduled repayment of Term Loan Facility) (as reduced by any earlier operation of this clause 6.5) shall be reduced pro rata to such cancellation in the Total Term Loan Facility Commitments or prepayment of the Term Loan.
