Compensation stemming from product sales is fully earned when the applicable return, repurchase, and chargeback periods applicable to product sales have all expired. If Xxxxx Xxxxx issues a refund, the Company may deduct the amount paid to Ambassadors and Influencers for the returned merchandise from the subsequent bonuses and commissions of the Ambassadors or Influencers who received compensation for the sale. Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx reserves the right to withhold or reduce any Ambassadors’ or Influencers’ compensation as it deems necessary to comply with any garnishment or court order directing Xxxxx Xxxxx to retain, hold, or redirect such compensation to a third party.
