Adjustments to Disposal Elements. The Disposal Elements of the 1127 Service Recipient Rates will be adjusted at the same time as the RRI adjustment to 1128 Collection Elements described in Section 4.04.1 above. Contractor must provide written documentation of any changes in the per ton tip fee at the approved Disposal Facility as part of Contractor Rate Application. For the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, the cost for disposal is $64.75/ton and is included in the Disposal Elements of the Maximum Service Rates in Exhibit 1.

District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.
