Administration and Payment of Sales Taxes. Contractor shall, in accordance with Applicable Law, timely administer and pay all Sales Taxes that are incurred in the course of performing the Work, and timely furnish to the appropriate taxing authorities all required information and reports in connection with such Sales Taxes. Contractor shall provide to Owner information to confirm that the correct amount of Sales Taxes have been paid on the Work, and such further tax information reasonably requested by Owner. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to efficiently manage its provision of the Work, so as to minimize the incurrence of Sales Taxes. Contractor shall confer with Owner in advance of any discretionary action, election or omission permitted in connection with Sales Taxes.
