ADMINISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF THE AB939 HHW FEE. The County of Santa Xxxxx Recycling and Waste Reduction Division will administer the AB939 HHW Fee, as part of the existing online disposal reporting and payment system. Administration and payment will be made in accordance with the AGREEMENT FOR COUNTYWIDE AB939 IMPLEMENTATION FEE and this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the COUNTY shall maintain records of the amount, use, and distribution of Fixed Program Cost expenditures for at least five (5) years after the termination date of this Agreement, unless otherwise required by law to retain such records for a longer period. CITY may request in writing a review by COUNTY of the Fixed Program Cost records. The review shall be performed within 30 days of request and results shall be reported to participating cities in writing.
