Common use of Administration Meeting Clause in Contracts

Administration Meeting. The Board agrees that all employees requested to, or required to, attend any meeting scheduled by the administration for a time other than during the employee's regularly scheduled workday, shall be paid at the applicable hourly rate for the time spent at such meeting(s) or a minimum of thirty (30) minutes, whichever is greater. Meetings called by mutual agreement or by the Association will not be subject to remuneration.
