ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT. 5.1 In the event that any disagreement or dispute should arise between the parties hereto pertaining to the interpretation or meaning of any part of this Contract or its governing rules, regulations, laws, codes or ordinances, the City Manager, or the Executive Director of Department, as representative(s) of City, the party ultimately responsible for all matters of compliance with City of San Antonio rules and regulations, shall have the final authority to render or secure an interpretation.

Said interpretation shall become the final governing authority to dispute resolution and shall be appropriately conveyed to the Parties.
