Common use of Administration of Medication to Students Clause in Contracts

Administration of Medication to Students. An employee shall not be required to administer medication to students unless directed by his/her administrator to do so. When required to administer medication to a student, such administration must be done in the presence of another adult pursuant to written permission of the pupil’s parents or guardian and in compliance with the instructions of a physician.
