ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. A2.06-1 The Construction Phase will begin with the issuance of the NTP to the chosen Contractor and will end when the Consultant has provided to the City all post construction documents, including Contractor As-Built drawings, Consultant's record drawings, warrantees, guarantees, operational manuals, and Certificate(s) of Occupancy have been delivered to the City and the City approves the final payment to the Consultant. During this period, the Consultant shall provide administration of the construction contract as provided by this Agreement, and as provided by law.
