Administrative Authority. The Community Foundation shall have all powers necessary, or in its sole discretion, desirable to administer and carry out the purpose of the Fund, including, but not limited to, the powers to retain, manage, sell, invest, and reinvest the Fund assets and its income in any manner as authorized by law, and the power to co-mingle the assets of the Fund with those of other funds for investment purposes.
