Section D (Monthly Administration Charges) of Appendix C (Interconnection Details) to the Interconnection Agreement provides that Interconnection Customer will pay Southern Companies a Monthly Administration Charge of $5,000 for all costs and expenses incurred by Southern Companies during a month.
