Fiscal Sponsorship. PacIOOS will secure fiscal sponsorship from appropriate entities to enable PacIOOS to apply for grants and implement grant proposals, as well as to accept overall coordination funds from PacIOOS parties as provided. The initial fiscal sponsor for PacIOOS will be within the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Through the fiscal sponsor(s), PacIOOS will receive and distribute PacIOOS-related funding and other resources from federal, state, county, other public agencies, foundation sources, corporations, non-governmental organizations, and private donors, according to the identified priorities. A representative from the fiscal sponsor will serve as an ex officio Member of the Governing Council.
Fiscal Sponsorship. MVP will continue its Fiscal Sponsorship program acting as a sponsor for individuals and organizations that do not have a non501 c3 organizations allowing them to use MVP to create and implement projects that enhance the quality of life in Madison. Acting as a conduit for philanthropic funds MVP will be able to direct donor dollars back into the community.
Fiscal Sponsorship. 2.1 Artist has proposed that they be sponsored by Agency and Artist has agreed to be responsible for its membership and in raising funds for all of its programs and projects.
Fiscal Sponsorship. PHAB shall receive grants on behalf of the Grantee to be used for the Program (“Program Funds”). PHAB will maintain separate accounting for the Grantee’s Program Funds and shall make such funds available for Program purposes on the terms set forth herein. Fiscal Sponsorship. During the term of this Agreement, Sponsor shall operate the Project under a direct project model fiscal sponsorship as further described below.
