Guaranteed Ride Home. An employee who uses an alternate method of transportation to commute to and from work will be guaranteed a ride home in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance that would prevent the employee from using such alternate method of transportation to commute home from work.

Guaranteed Ride Home. For eligible employees participating in the TDM program who carpool, use transit, walk or bike to work the Employer will pay for a ride home if the need arises to leave work unexpectedly or stay late due to job demands or emergency.
Guaranteed Ride Home. Many employees drive to work because of concern that they cannot get home quickly in the event of an emergency or need a car for unexpected travel. Either directly or through its leases with tenants, FWRT will provide a guaranteed ride home to employees in such an event. The attached CRTMA Guaranteed Ride Home Program or a similar one will be provided (Attachment 5).
Guaranteed Ride Home. The Employer shall provide a guaranteed ride home program for employees who commute to work at least three times a week by carpool, vanpool, transit, bike or walking. The program shall provide those commuters with reimbursement up to $50 per trip, for up to 5 taxi rides per year, in the event of a personal emergency or unexpected overtime.
Guaranteed Ride Home. The CONTRACTOR will provide a Guaranteed Ride Home program to MichiVan riders if one is not available through a local rideshare office. The Guaranteed Ride Home program is intended for rider or rider family member illness or injury, rider personal crisis at home, death in the family, or unscheduled overtime required by the employer. Personal errands, personal pre-scheduled appointments (i.e., doctor appointments), natural disasters for which the workforce is dismissed early, weather emergencies and any other unexpected acts of nature, pre-arranged overtime, and business-related travel will not be eligible. The Guaranteed Ride Home will be limited to six times a year, with no more than two times per quarter. The maximum amount allowed per ride is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), excluding tips. If a taxi or rental car service provider (as determined by the CONTRACTOR) is not available, mileage reimbursement will be made available in accordance with the Standardized Mileage Rate set forth in the current State of Michigan Standardized Travel Regulations.
Guaranteed Ride Home. The City of Moscow will provide a guaranteed ride home for VanPool riders up to 4 times per year per rider based on the riders start date. To arrange for a guaranteed ride home, riders have two options: • Contact the VanPool Coordinator at 000-000-0000 to request arrangements for a ride home. The City of Moscow VanPool program works with local cab companies for guaranteed ride home transportation needs. • Arrange transportation with a local cab company, pay the fare out of pocket, and then submit the receipt and a letter outlining the need for the ride, for reimbursement. • Arrange for a ride home with a friend, coworker or other individual with a personal vehicle. That person may be reimbursed for their mileage at the current federal mileage reimbursement rate. For reimbursement, the rider must submit a letter noting the need for the ride, including the departure and destination points with total miles traveled. TERMINATION OF RIDERSHIP – Riders must notify the City of Moscow immediately if they wish to withdraw from the VanPool. Refunds for the current month are not given, however if invoices for the coming month have not been sent, those days may be prorated. It is important to keep seats filled as best as possible to maintain the program and cover costs for the VanPool. This notice allows the City of Moscow to replace riders and maintain cost coverage of the program. TERMINATION/CONSOLIDATION OF ROUTES – In the event ridership falls to a point where it is no longer cost effective to operate the route, fares may be adjusted. In this instance, the group will be given thirty days’ written or email notice that the fares will be adjusted. If the group is unwilling or unable to pay the increased rates, the route will be terminated. VANPOOL COURTESY • Please be at your pick-up location on time. The van cannot wait more than three (3) minutes or such other time as specified by the driver, for passenger pick up. If you are going to be delayed, let the driver know. If you are unable to reach the driver, contact a fellow rider. When changes in ridership or schedule occur, reconfirm your assigned pick- up times with the driver. • Routes have been designed to limit the mileage and time on the road. Guaranteed Ride Home. In the event that a Creekstone employee who utilized the commuter service to get to work on any given day needs to leave work due to an unforeseen circumstance on the same day, a ride home, at the normal fare, is guaranteed up to 4 times per year. Wichita Transit will assist with coordination of rides home in excess of this limit or under other circumstances, but cannot guarantee availability or cost.

Guaranteed Ride Home. LAWA will provide an emergency ride home (ERH) to permanent vanpool and carpool participants for a personal/family emergency or unscheduled overtime. Rideshare staff will approve or disapprove each request and may require an individual to provide proof of emergency/overtime. ERH for daily riders will be at the discretion of the Rideshare Office. Excessive or patterned use of this privilege will be evaluated by the Rideshare Office which will determine the feasibility of allowing the participant to remain in the program. Unauthorized use of ERH may result in liability for fare charges. Proper identification may be required by the driver at the time of pick-up.
Guaranteed Ride Home. CHT agrees to provide a guaranteed ride home program between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days when the service is operating. The guaranteed ride home program will provide monthly bus pass holders who ride the service with a free ride to their homes or vehicles in the event of an unexpected personal emergency.

  • Guaranty Each Guarantor hereby absolutely and unconditionally, jointly and severally guarantees, as primary obligor and as a guaranty of payment and performance and not merely as a guaranty of collection, prompt payment when due, whether at stated maturity, by required prepayment, upon acceleration, demand or otherwise, and at all times thereafter, of any and all Secured Obligations (for each Guarantor, subject to the proviso in this sentence, its “Guaranteed Obligations”); provided that (a) the Guaranteed Obligations of a Guarantor shall exclude any Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to such Guarantor and (b) the liability of each Guarantor individually with respect to this Guaranty shall be limited to an aggregate amount equal to the largest amount that would not render its obligations hereunder subject to avoidance under Section 548 of the Bankruptcy Code of the United States or any comparable provisions of any applicable state law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Guaranteed Obligations shall include any such indebtedness, obligations, and liabilities, or portion thereof, which may be or hereafter become unenforceable or compromised or shall be an allowed or disallowed claim under any proceeding or case commenced by or against any debtor under any Debtor Relief Laws. The Administrative Agent’s books and records showing the amount of the Obligations shall be admissible in evidence in any action or proceeding, and shall be binding upon each Guarantor, and conclusive for the purpose of establishing the amount of the Secured Obligations. This Guaranty shall not be affected by the genuineness, validity, regularity or enforceability of the Secured Obligations or any instrument or agreement evidencing any Secured Obligations, or by the existence, validity, enforceability, perfection, non-perfection or extent of any collateral therefor, or by any fact or circumstance relating to the Secured Obligations which might otherwise constitute a defense to the obligations of the Guarantors, or any of them, under this Guaranty, and each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives any defenses it may now have or hereafter acquire in any way relating to any or all of the foregoing.
