Administrative Leave With Pay. 11.2.1 In the event of an investigation regarding possible misconduct by an employee or by others, an employee may be immediately placed on paid administrative leave during the time of the investigation and discipline determination. During this time, the employee may be directed to remain off of District property and to turn in any keys/key cards that would provide access. The employee shall receive no loss of pay or benefits during paid administrative leave.
