Administrative Personnel. A schedule of the individuals employed in certain Continental corporate business functions who have been designated to become employees of Holdings or a Holdings Affiliate (the "Holdings Administrative Employees") has been agreed to by Continental and Holdings in a separate agreement between Continental and Holdings. The Holdings Administrative Employees shall become employees of Holdings on or before the IPO Date.
