Administrator and Association. Any aggrieved person may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/herself, or, at his/her option, by a representative selected by the Association.

Successor and Assigns This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of each of the parties, including subsequent Holders of Registrable Securities to the extent permitted herein.
ADMINISTRATOR 20 9. Provide written notice of termination of services to each Client being served under this 21 Agreement, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of termination notice. A copy of the notice of 22 termination of services must also be provided to ADMINISTRATOR within the fifteen (15) calendars 23 day period.
