ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. All administrators shall be accorded, in regard to their personnel file, those rights to examine, copying and comment provided by law. Upon written notification and without interruption of their work schedule, the administrator may exercise these rights, with an Association representative present, if so requested. A representative of the Superintendent's office shall be present.
