Common use of ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. 1. The BOARD agrees that the private life of any Administrator is not an appropriate matter for concern or attention to the BOARD, unless it adversely affects the Administrator’s ability to carry out professional functions or responsibilities to the School District or to act as a representative of the District. If the private life of an Administrator has become a matter for the concern or attention of the Board, the Superintendent may address this through the evaluation procedure set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement.
