Common use of Admission Criteria Clause in Contracts

Admission Criteria. Admission to credit courses shall be subject to: i) the normal prerequisite admission requirements; ii) the availability of free space within the credit course; iii) courses delivered by tutorial are ineligible for tuition waiver. iv) courses delivered by distance (when paid as a percentage of tuition or on a per student basis) are ineligible for tuition waiver.
