Adoption and Bonding Leave. 7.6.4.1 Any teacher who is adopting a child shall be entitled to three (3) days of paid leave for the purpose of caring for the needs of the adopted child and may be given an unpaid leave of absence upon request. 7.6.4.2 The “Parties” agree to Bonding Leave Provisions contained in Education Code section 44977.5.
