Adoption, Notice and Effective Date. The County has adopted this Development Agreement as a legislative act subject to referendum, as required by C.R.S. § 24-68-104(2). As set forth in and required by C.R.S. § 24-68-103(c), within 14 days from the date hereof, the County shall cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the County, a notice advising the general public of the approval of the First Amended Plat of Spring Valley Ranch P.U.D. Phase 1 Final Plat as a Site Specific Development Plan and the creation of vested property rights pursuant to this Development Agreement and C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 et. seq. The effective date of the County’s approval of this Development Agreement shall be the date of said publication.

The "Effective Date" of the County’s approval of this Agreement shall be the date of said publication.

  • WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended Service Agreements. (Life and disability coverage will be delayed until the employee returns to work.)

  • Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.

  • Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Execution of Agreement and Effective Date The Agreement shall become effective (i.e., final and binding) upon the date of signing of this Agreement and the CAP by the last signatory (Effective Date).

Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.
