ADOPTION OF ACADEMIC CALENDAR. 7.3.1 Following negotiations with the Union, the Board will adopt an annual academic calendar that conforms to all requirements mandated by state law and the conditions of this Agreement. 7.3.2 When a declared holiday falls on Sunday, the succeeding workday not designated as a holiday shall be observed as the holiday.
