Adoption of Workout Agreement. If the Workout Committee negotiates a Workout Agreement with the Debtor Company, convenes a meeting of Financial Creditors to adopt the Workout Agreement and if that meeting of Financial Creditors adopts the Workout Agreement by a majority representing at least [75%] of all Financial Creditors of the Debtor Company with at least [90%] of the Claims of all Financial Creditors of the Debtor Company, the Workout Agreement will bind the Financial Creditors of the Debtor Company once it has been executed by the Debtor Company.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.
