Adoption or Childbirth. All employees of the District No. 400 shall receive one (1) workday of leave upon the birth or adoption of that employee's child, non-deductible from the other types of leave allowances. All employees may take up to five (5) days with salary deduction for adoption leave days at the daily rate for a substitute.
